Had to call them because they were late arriving for the time requested. They apologized and said they would be there in 1 hour. Crew was professional and respectful. Worked very fast to unload truck. I would use them again. A call saying they would be late would have been helpful.

They actually arrived before scheduled time. They were very respectful and courteous and worked very diligently to complete the job carefully and on time. We have already scheduled them for another job. Good Job!!

DO NOT HIRE THESE PEOPLE!! They did a horrible job, just threw stuff in the truck and left a 2 foot space above my stuff. Then they couldn't get everything into the truck! Overall with the storage unit I had to rent, flight back to New Mexico, rental truck and gas, the extra trip cost nearly $1000.00 When I complained to Hire a Helper, nothing was done, not even a response.

They were enthusiastic and very careful with our stuff. One was very experienced and one was very inexperienced. They worked both hard, and overcame difficulties quickly. I WOULD USE THEM AGAIN.. Only negative was they did not show up on time. One and a half hours late. I had some trouble contacting them when they were not on time. They said they did not realize the address, although they had previously sent me a confirmation, which included the correct address.

Ivan and Reggie were awesome! They were on time, courteous and hard working. We could not have asked for more. They got everything we needed done and more. It was not easy task either. It was hot and the items I had to move were extremely heavy. I highly recommend them. Also the email updates, texts and calls all made me feel that they were organized had everything scheduled. How should a customer prepare for moving day?
Make sure to have plenty of blankets to protect your furniture. Box up as much as you can to optimize space. Have some ratcheting straps so we can properly secure your belongings.
