The company was responsive by phone before the moving date, they kept me informed on when they would arrive, the crew worked fast and professionally, and were friendly and very competent. They made good time, saving me money. I would highly recommend them and use them in the future when needed.

they were about an hour late but once they arrived they were quick and efficient and very polite. I would recommend them. communication on the front end about being late would have given them the extra star.

Arrived15 minutes late past the time range given, and one of the guys was completely stoned—recking of weed. He kept staring into space. I ended up doing half the work just to get them out of my house in under 45 minutes. I would definitely never recommend this company to anyone.

We may have been 15 mins late do to traffic sorry about your experience..but all employes are drug tested randomly so ican asure you that this statement is false!! If you read all over our other reviews there has never been a complaint about that...Futhermore you never reached out to us to file a complaint or bring it to our attention just wrote a bad review. Please next time you leave any company a review be truthful and or give the company a chance to resolve said issue.But nun the less thanks for the review

Showed up a little early, which was perfect for my schedule. Fast, courteous and friendly. We loaded my rental truck in under 90 minutes, and it was packed so well nothing moved over the 1400 miles. Highly recommend Midnite Movers!

They got everything done in an hour and 15 minutes and we have a full 3-bed home! They watched walls and were gentle with our belongings. Recommend, for sure!

They were 41 minutes late from their latest time quoted and I think if I hadn’t called 3 times they might not have shown up. The people who showed up seemed mad that they had to be there and then the crew showed up and stuff got done very quickly. HOWEVER, once I got to my destination I found many things were absolutely ruined by the careless job they did. I lost most of my dishes all of my lamps and cleaning products ruined some of my art and furniture. I would NEVER recommend them.

Thanks for your review but i would like to point out a few things that you left out. Your order was a last minute/same day order and we did our best to get there on time and you payed for 2 movers and got 4 to make up for lost time and weren't even charged for the extra help. Furthermore we informed you that we didn't recommend you shipping cleaning products because this might happen but you insisted. We did not pack your boxes nor artwork nor were any of them labeled fragile or dishes a lot of them were even already crushed form being stacked wrong in your storage you also provided no blankets nor straps. You also had boxes already in the truck prior to us arriving and watched the whole process and signed off at the end. So please in the future when leaving a review for any company give all the details in all fairness .... but again thanks for the review

Good response from midnight movers and hire a helper when at first we did not coordinate meeting at the house perfectly and missed each other for a few minutes.
