Midnight Movers showed up on time and had the Uhaul unloaded in 30 minutes! They were efficient and friendly! My only complaint would be that I had to hire them for a 2 hour minimum which was overkill but I also understand that’s a business practice to help secure costs.

The guys showed up late to the window of time they were suppose to arrive. They banged some of my furniture in the apartment which made them seem careless and I was worried they would damage the apartment that I just moved into and cost me $$. They completed the job in 30 minutes and were paid to do 2 hours and they refused to assemble my TV stand even though their services include assembly. I said that I paid for 2 hours so I was trying to look for things for them to do but they really didn’t want to seem to stick around and tried to leave ASAP. I felt they weren’t very professional. I would not hire them again.
