What can a customer expect on moving day if they hire you?
Half an hour before the job start time the crew will be calling you and confirming ETA. Upon arrival the crew lead will call and inform you about arrival. And now you just need to meet them.

Make sure that you are ready and have everything packed if you are planning to save money. Messy and unprepared house make it difficult to move.
