Twice in the last six months I have hired Sebastian Moving to pack a pod for me in Florida so that it could be sent to New Jersey. Both times I received a phone call letting me know that they would be at the place specified and the time. When they were done packing, they called me to let me know that they were done. They were always very pleasant and easy to speak with. They were very respectful of my property, and when the pod arrived in New Jersey, all property was wrapped and secured and nothing broken. This company was great to work with and I would highly recommend them.

This was a wonderful experience even with a little hiccup. The movers who arrived on time were very nice people and very speedy in loading my truck but some pieces were damaged. After I shared pictures with the company they made every effort to coordinate a furniture repair man to fix the damages. Still astounded that they cared enough to go so far to make me happy. Unrivaled customer service!

Pre help day contact and follow up was excellent. Moving labor help, Chris and Drew were on time, knowledgeable, energetic, thoughtful, personable and hard working. They were simply excellent, the best. Post move follow up by Sebastian was a nice touch.i would definitely use Sebastian again and I would request Chris and Drew on my job.

The two young men who unloaded for me were extremely professional and personable. They communicated beautifully with my adult autistic son and included him in the direction as to where things should go. They were very efficient and completed the work on time. I would high recommend these two men.

Chris and Drew from Sebastian Moving were on time at the storage facility. They quickly unloaded the boxes that went in the storage unit, which required them to remove household items that would have to be reloaded back on the truck for delivery to our house. They never once complained. We went to our house where they moved the rest of our items into the house, garage and patio. They were very careful with our items and they helped clean up the moving blankets and sweep the truck! I highly recommend Chris and Drew from Sebastian and would use them again if/when I have to move.

Thanks to Alex, Wesley and Danti for the great job they did unloading us. They where on time, polite, and kept going even in the rain. They came prepared and shrink wrapped a lot of our furniture that was not done by the other movers in SC. We would highly recommend them and hope to use them again when we move into our new home.
