Alex and Drew (Dru?) were knocking on my door just when I expected them. They loaded the pod with seemingly little effort (but, that's easy for me to say!). They made sure everything was secure - had me check it over - locked the pod, handed me the key and were on their way in what I'd consider record time! A great decision on my part - thanks so much for a job well done!

Sebastian movers is one of the best....and Ive moved a lot. Alex is a master at packing a POD. He knows how to fit it all in. Dean and Dante were terrific at keeping the mood light and enjoyable as they carefully wrapped and carried my precious "stuff". all of the workers were courteous and polite. they were on time and worked within the time frame contracted. They were great. Came on time-had everything they needed like Pads extra wrapping they were hard workers and did an excellent job of packing the pod. I would definitely use them again. In fact these were the same guys that unloaded my pod 3 years ago. This is the 2nd time I've moved with packrat & Hire A Helper and was very happy or I wouldn't have used them again. On Thursday March 17th Christopher and Dante arrived on time as scheduled to load our POD for a long distance move, My husband and I have years experience in the hospitality industry and wanted you, as the Employer to know both of these gentlemen exceeded our expectations , They were courteous , professional and personable.Moving is stressful in itself and they made this part of the process a positive experience.We will be needing help the end of April and plan to use your company and hopefully get both of these helpers again! Overall EXCELLENT experience, Benny, Drew and Chris were very professional and attentive to everything they did. Quick, efficient and very nice. Alex was a great leader and he and his crew did an awesome job. He filled every inch of our Pod by carefully planning how he loaded everything. (He didn't miss a thing even though half the stuff was staying and half was being loaded into the Pod.) They were super professional and took great care. Very fast. This was a very good experience. I just wish they could be in North Carolina to unpack us.
