What can a customer expect after booking with you?
Upon booking with Mini Moves a customer can expect confirmation emails and text messages, as well as follow ups to answer any lingering questions in regard to the size of the move. We encourage as much communication leading up to the move to ensure everyone is on the same page on moving day.
What can a customer expect on moving day if they hire you?
A customer can expect a text message or call from our crew when they are on the way to the job. When the crew does arrive, they will complete a walkthrough of the property and what is being moved. Once the walkthrough is completed, the truck will be set up and the moving will begin immediately.
How should a customer prepare for moving day?
Mini Moves asks that all smaller items (e.g. books, clothes, DVD's, knick-knacks, etc.) be packed and sealed in boxes or bins. We also request that all furniture be cleared off and emptied of the contents for our crew to move it.
What types of moves have you handled?
We have handled all size moves from one piece to full houses and offices. We will move from across the room, to across the state, to across the country. There is no move too big or too small.

The best part about being a mover is the opportunity to meet a variety or new and interesting people every day.
What training do you provide your crew members?
We provide training to all our employees in the proper techniques to lift, pad, and secure all cargo that we will be moving on a daily basis.
