Top Step Movers did a great job. They were on time, polite, efficient and helped me repack my remaining belongings into a PODS unit after moving most of the contents into my apartment. Very pleased.

They were on time, worked hard, and treated my goods respectfully. The only issue was the load had shifted slightly during transit - just enough to keep the door from being able to slide up to open. Fortunately, the folks at the storage facility site were able to shift the load enough to free the door. All of my items were fine. I would use them again.

Joe called to confirm out start time with me and I told him we were ready as soon as they could get here. I finished up the job he was on an hour early and came right out to us. From start to finish. it took the 2 of them just 1 hour to unload everything and put it where we needed it. What a great job they did, I will use them again if I need help moving.
