The service was great from point of contact through scheduling and actual day of service. The two gentlemen who arrive were OUTSTANDING!! I would hire these two gents for future moves without a song hesitation. They were exactly on time, highly efficient, organized, extremely polite, and completed the job well under expected time. I can’t say enough about how pleased we work with their work ethic and how incredibly well they packed the moving trailer! The overall service was great, but the two gents were absolutely outstanding!!

These guys are the absolute best. We have used multiple moving labor services since arriving in WNC. Hard workers, physically capable, experienced and mature, smart about how to maneuver tricky items through challenging spaces, and need no instruction other than "where it goes". Personable and friendly is the icing on the cake. Won't use any other local labor if I can help it, ever. Joe and his guys are the best. As a side note, his crew did only our recent container unloads - when we were loading containers he wasn't available on the needed dates, so we used another highly rated service provider....BUT... we learned upon unloading that we should have rearranged our schedule for Joe and crew. Hire these guys - no regrets!

Top Step Movers LLC were excellent. They were on time and were even able to come earlier than planned which worked very well. They were ready to go with all the equipment necessary. They thought of solutions to the little problems that arose and put them in action. They worked incredibly hard and were very careful with all our things.
