I used Chap's over a year ago to pack a POD-it was a great experience, so I booked them again to load/unload for another move. They were early, with very good communication as to their arrival. They took great care with all my items, wrapping things well and moving them mindfully. The crew worked steadily upon arrival (no wasted time). Packing the truck was impressive. Joshua in particular is a true master of the "Tetris-ing" involved with filling a moving truck to the brim, with no wasted space and items secured very well! I would 100% use them again--in fact, I wouldn't even another company. They are the BEST!
