Overall, we were impressed with the service from Joshua and his partner. They were able to manage all of our furniture/boxes and neatly packed our truck. However, they had a third guy, Jimmy, with them who we do not think was a mover, maybe a day laborer. He dropped our boxes. He ripped a huge hole into at least one of our boxes with the door closer on our screen door. He broke my husband's ammo can. Joshua and his partner had to babysit the guy. It probably would have been a better experience if it had just been the two of them.

DeShawn and Azeri were great. They were professional, friendly and super efficient with both the use of space and time. They were able to fit all our stuff into the container within the estimated time. And trust me my husband has lots of tools, odds and ends that were a challenge. I'm super grateful for the help and ease. I would highly recommend Chaps and this team.

These gentlemen were 10 to 15 minutes ahead of time!!
They were orderly, respectful of the property access regulations, and immediately got down to business.
As one who specializes in space management and organizing, they bowled me over with their ability to gauge which pieces would best fit where, resulting in quick, efficient loading.
After nearly 20yrs in the same complex, we’d apparently underestimated how “stuff” we’d acquired and had to extend the services of the movers. I loved how easy that was.
These movers were friendly, prompt, hard working, and highly efficient.

The movers that got assigned to me got into a car accident on the way to the pick up location, but regardless, they managed to make it work for me. They arrived later than expected but still managed to move all of my stuff. Great service!
