It was a last minute hire for me (the night before) and they accepted the job right away. They communicated with me prior to the appointment to confirm the best arrival time, which worked great since I was driving in from out of state. They arrived promptly and immediately began to work. All I had to do was direct traffic. They joked about how the truck was packed; but I got points for not leaving anything behind in another state. LOL.
They turned what would have taken me all day and a ton of energy I didn't have into a task that was completed in less than two hours. They even double-checked whether there was anything else I needed them to do before they left.
They removed so much stress from that day! They were friendly and efficient and I would definitely use them again.

Some of my items were broken
They were taking their sweet time to load the truck.
They grab boxes and stack boxes on top of each other without checking to see which boxes have fragile items, thus causing items to broken.
Didn't come prepared, with shrink wrap, thus causing furniture to be scratched and damaged.
I did most of the work.
I had to tell them a time I wanted to be done for them to move faster.
They will try to milk the time, if you don't watch them.
They still went over by 30 minutes, which ate into their tip.
