The service was subpar. Both movers were late arriving and left trash in the moving truck which I had to clean out. Also, I felt pressured to tip them, and they asked to be tipped via Venmo instead of through the Hire A Helper app.

I had a 2 soft spoken guys that kept to themselves and got my 1 bedroom in to a pod in about 90 minutes. I felt safe with them in my house and my things in their possession. It was very well packed - you could tell they had done it many times before. My only mild complaint is that there wasn't really communication between when I ordered the service up until about 2 days before. I had to call to confirm with a human that they had me scheduled.

This is the second opportunity I’ve had working with the Chap’s Professional Movers LLC Team and it was an incredible experience, once more! Yesterday, the packing staff came (such great detail) and today was dedicated to moving and loading. Another exceptional day! Zaire arrived 10 minutes early (wonderful!) to assess the space and he made a plan right away with his partner, Antonio! They were strategic and they had a great plan. They worked together well (just like the packing team on yesterday), so the teamwork shines through well. They were both respectful and made me feel comfortable while hosting newcomers in my rental property. I would highly recommend the services that Chap’s Professional Movers LLC provides. They are timely, professional, considerate, effective planners, and teamwork on high display. I would hardly recommend this company. I needed hired hands for moving things out of a house. It was very last minute and Hired Hands came through same day! Their prices are very reasonable and they did a great job. Very grateful for their assistance.
