Communication was EXCELLENT!
I did not like that my appointment time was trying to be moved earlier thank what I booked. The movers were very understanding and patient with us not arriving in town at their early arrival, but on the time I planned for and booked with them. It all worked out.
The gentlemen were fast and thorough unpacking and were very friendly.
I did not like that I was kind of stood over during payment and I did not want the $50.00 protection coverage that was kind of slipped in last minute. Our movers in Atlanta did not try to slip in anything extra!

The guys were great! Fast, nice and professional. The only complaint that I have is that we had to pay for a minimum of two hours and they finished in one! I would hire them again in a heartbeat.
