Chris and his team were very efficient, unloading two trucks in just 2 hours and 25 minutes. The work was completed as expected, and everything was handled well.
That said, I personally value a warm and friendly customer service experience, and I felt that part was missing. While the job itself was done effectively, the demeanor wasn’t quite what I look for when hiring a service.
Overall, they did a solid job. If efficiency is your top priority, this team would be a good fit. For me, since I also place a high importance on a personable approach, I would likely look for a different option in the future.

They were late because of a previous move running over. To make it up, Chris brought an extra set of hands. They are very professional and efficient. Not sure many others would have been able to fit our 3 bedroom furnishings into a 20’ U-Haul. Well done

Very satisfied. The POD being loaded will be sent to another State so I cannot assess any damage that may occur.

One mover was on time (early even) and the second mover was pretty late as he had gotten pulled over and give a ticket. But we still finished under time and they were both efficient, careful, pleasant and worked hard. I would hire them again.
