I've used Chris Moving twice now and both times they made my moving experience so much easier. The team that is actually coming to the house texted me that morning so I had direct contact with him and didn't have to go through a main operator to get ahold of him. They were on time, respectful, friendly, had a backpack full of tools and actually said "don't worry, we'll take it from here" and they did!

Chris and his team were very efficient, unloading two trucks in just 2 hours and 25 minutes. The work was completed as expected, and everything was handled well.
That said, I personally value a warm and friendly customer service experience, and I felt that part was missing. While the job itself was done effectively, the demeanor wasn’t quite what I look for when hiring a service.
Overall, they did a solid job. If efficiency is your top priority, this team would be a good fit. For me, since I also place a high importance on a personable approach, I would likely look for a different option in the future.

They were late because of a previous move running over. To make it up, Chris brought an extra set of hands. They are very professional and efficient. Not sure many others would have been able to fit our 3 bedroom furnishings into a 20’ U-Haul. Well done
