Very polite group of men, but some were very careless. The thing that was hurtful, is that they didn't acknowledge the damages that were done to the walls and floors. J, the owner tried to repair things, but some things were not repairable. We talked about some issues and he said he has made some changes. I hope so, because I like to see small businesses make it in todays market.

They gave me a 1/2 hour courtesy call, telling me they were on their way. I had three heavy sofas that had to be re-located between floors and inside/outside doors. They were courteous, efficient, and respectful of my property.

Jay and team did a fantastic job with my move. They were meticulous in wrapping/packing our furniture, valuables, etc. I rented a 26-foot truck for our move and was very concerned about fitting everything into it, but they expertly packed the truck from front to back and it was a perfect fit. My only constructive complaint would be that the job took a bit longer than anticipated. I was fine with paying the additional hours to complete the job, based on the care they were using; however, it would have been nice to have a better time estimate while they were on-site and progressing through the job. I would HIGHLY recommend J & L Movers!!
