If you are considering hiring J & L for your move, DO IT!!! I cannot say enough about this wonderful company. From the very start, they put my mind at ease about my move. I hired them to pack my house and load a POD, and from before the move even started, they were fantastic. The day before the move I found out that I had to get a city permit for my POD, and I wasn't sure that I would be able to get it, so J & L told me not to worry, they would gladly take care of renting a truck for me so I could put my stuff in a storage unit if I needed to. I was doing all of this remotely and Laila told me "Please don't stress, we are here to help you and we will take care of everything, we just don't want you to be stressed out." This was SO reassuring, they are super responsive and personable and I felt like they really cared about me personally.
Turned out I got the permit, the guys arrived right on time, they called before they came, and they packed my house up completely. Every dish, every piece of art, every single thing, neatly wrapped, carefully packed, and loaded into the POD. They double checked on things, and treated my things as if they were their own. And they are GREAT people, really honest and respectable, I enjoyed having them in my home. They were fully prepared, right on time, took care of every single thing, even things I had not thought of. They did all of this in HALF the time I had anticipated too. My house was completely empty and neat and clean when they drove away. The next day they texted to check on me.
Do not hesitate to hire J & L, they are the BEST. They will take care of everything that you need, make your move stress-free, I can't imagine there is a moving company in Atlanta that is better than they are. Amazing experience.
