They arrived on time. The guys were very nice and friendly. They worked very hard as I had 3 flights of stairs to go up & down. Were efficient with assembling furniture too. I plan to use them again to do some painting in my place.

I am missing after the move a large wood and metal candle holder. I had my carpet cleaned also around the same time that the movers moved my furniture for me. I did not notice that It was missing until I started to put things back in order. Now I want to say that they were nice and worked hard. However, I cannot know who took the item or maybe items I have not checked to what is all missing. It may not have been them and I would feel awful if I accused anyone that was not guilty. I would hope that which company did take it would please return it by putting it back on my doorstep. I don't know who actually did steal it or some other things. So it probably will remain a very sad lose to me.

Jay, Mr. Jacobs and Meesha were absolutely wonderful! I had rescheduled the delivery of my containers and J&L Movers were accommodating to my schedule. They treated my things and my home with respect and even helped out 2 of my neighbors.
My neighbor next door moved in on the same day, and with all of the confusion this firm was the ultimate professionals. As a matter of fact, my neighbor's dad mentioned how professional they were compared to the clowns who moved in his daughter! They said next time they will check with Hire a Helper and seek out J&L Movers. Yes, I would most definitely use them again in a heart beat!!!

There were two gentlemen and they were fast and efficient. They were very careful with the furniture and my floors and walls. One item was damaged, however it was repaired promptly with no issues. My one critique would be they did not present a uniformed appearance. They were not on time, however called to say they were in traffic and would be late. I would use them again.

It was alright they tool way longer with 3 people then my last movers did with 2 and I was moving half the distance. They were 2 hours late although they did call to let me know. They scratched my tempurpedic box springs and didn't tell me I found out because I saw them whispering and looked myself. We waited at our storage unit for probably 10 minutes so a guy who was moving us could check his. It was I tipped because they did move me and were decent but I have experienced better movers.

they were prompt, friendly and did an amazing job! they took care of all of my items and made sure to protect my freshly painted walls and newly remodeled flooring! i would highly recommend them to all of my friends and family!

J and L Movers did a wonderful job. They completed our move in about an hour and then spent the remaining time hooking up and installing our stackable washer dryer. I definitely would recommend them to others.
