We had to edit our review after initially posting. They intimidated us into giving a positive review before they left. Here is the truth:
They were disrespectful in so many ways. The first is that we were very clear on what needed to be done and they ignored all of that. They did not pack the truck correctly, so we had to pay them again to fix it and re-pack the truck. They still didn't get it correct, but it was better.
They broke and damaged so much of our furniture. They didn't bring a furniture dolly and the one they had (smaller) was broken, so it sent a large piece of furniture down a long flight of stairs - almost injuring the people near the bottom - not to mention the damage to the un-wrapped furniture.
They packed fragile boxes so poorly the destroyed our grandma's China and more glassware.
When they broke the leg off our grandma's Hope Chest, they didn't apologize or anything, just looked at us blankly. They damaged the house and refrigerator trying to get it out.
I could go on, but I think the point has been made.

Dennis, David and crew did an excellent job loading our moving trailer. Strategically loaded it to minimize empty space and maximize storage. Very polite crew, showed up on time and got right to work! They worked diligently, protected surfaces with moving blankets and shrink wrap, and carefully navigated the house and doorways. Looking forward to having this crew help me again
UPDATE: This was a cross country move and we finally received and unloaded the trailer. There was significant damage to several expensive pieces of furniture because no blankets were used to protect them. I did provide plenty of blankets to the crew. They used blankets on many items, but not on these items that were damaged. I was not able to supervise every item as it was loaded into the trailer unfortunately, so these items were loaded without protection. As I stated earlier they did work hard, were a polite and friendly crew. In the future, I'd recommend the homeowner have a person stationed at the trailer to make sure every item is properly wrapped and protected before loading. Because this was a cross-country move, it exceeded the 10-day claim period, so I'm not even able to file a claim with Hire-a-helper. Lowering my rating from 5 stars to 4 stars.

They were ok to unload and move boxes. Harder to communicate with them and they were slow to unload plus clueless about how to move bigger items without hitting walls and doors. They didn’t even come prepared for unpacking or assembling beds even though I requested for it.
Overall I wouldn’t recommend them or hire them again. Not happy with the service received from this crew.

What can a customer expect on moving day if they hire you?
Moving day will be the easiest of the process, scheduling, logistics, specifics already been handled. All that’s left is to perform and execute! No stress for customer.
How should a customer prepare for moving day?
The more prep on customer end the quicker process on labor side. Prefer beds and appliances to be broken down and unhooked. But if not it’s ok it just will be more time consuming

What's your favorite part about being a mover?
Nothing favorable about moving, I look at it as a physical workout but my reason for getting up daily is because what I do with ease, may not feel like a breeze to others. And seeing customer satisfaction at end of task knowing that they would still be huffing around if not for my help does wonders to my spirit! Taking stress off others without putting stress on myself is a major win for me.
What training do you provide your crew members?
All my crewmen go threw a process of two weeks with me shadowing the job before I let them loose to join already seasoned crews
