I used Ox And Bull movers to load my furniture from my house into storage units on my driveway which were then stored until we moved into our new house. We then used Ox And Bull movers to unload our furniture into our new house. The men on both ends of the move were all very polite, very respectful and did work hard. Unfortunately, I had lots of problems with the company itself. I had hired four men for two hours to load the furniture, yet only three men showed up. Ox And Bull did give me one extra loading hour Free, but then I ended up having to pay for an additional hour after that. I felt like if the whole team had been there all along, we may not have had to have gone into extra hours at all. Then a very similar thing happened when the men came to unload the furniture and into our new home. I hired three men for four hours yet only two showed up. I was reimbursed some money from the move in gist since I only had 2/3 of the men I had paid for. Granted, they were able to get almost everything into the house within a three hour period, but then they said that they had another job they had to get to and so not everything was physically loaded into the house; they ended up leaving an hour earlier than I had already paid for. In fact, a huge chair that I had them take upstairs was never even put into the room it was supposed to be in, but just left in the hall. Overall, I felt like the men themselves were very polite, but the whole move itself was extremely more stressful than it should’ve been if I had had what I had ordered on both ends of the move. I would not recommend this company and I would never use them again.

I want to start off by saying that the men that physically showed up at my house to pack our storage units and then to unload them into our new house or incredible. They were very polite very careful and did a great job with the furniture and everything. The problem I had was with the actual company Ox And Bull. We were supposed to have had four movers the first day to pack the storage units and only three showed up; then to unload we were supposed to have had three men and only two showed up. All of them men that came here worked extremely hard and did everything they could to get all of our household goods loaded and then unloaded. It just added a lot of stress to a very stressful move already when not the same number of people that I had paid for actually showed up. I’ll see you at the end of it all if my invoice is going to show that I didn’t have the same number of people I was promised.

The process for scheduling and processing was easy. The crew was professional and organized. They handled my furniture and boxes carefully and packed them precisely into the Pods to maximize space. I’m looking forward to them coming back for the second set of Pods to load in a couple of days.

An Immediate interaction with an Ox and Bull associate after a booking has come in would be in order to set up the specifics for task at hand.
What can a customer expect on moving day if they hire you?
Moving day will be the easiest of the process, scheduling, logistics, specifics already been handled. All that’s left is to perform and execute! No stress for customer.
How should a customer prepare for moving day?
The more prep on customer end the quicker process on labor side. Prefer beds and appliances to be broken down and unhooked. But if not it’s ok it just will be more time consuming
What types of moves have you handled?

What's your favorite part about being a mover?
Nothing favorable about moving, I look at it as a physical workout but my reason for getting up daily is because what I do with ease, may not feel like a breeze to others. And seeing customer satisfaction at end of task knowing that they would still be huffing around if not for my help does wonders to my spirit! Taking stress off others without putting stress on myself is a major win for me.

All my crewmen go threw a process of two weeks with me shadowing the job before I let them loose to join already seasoned crews
