They did not check a refrigerator for contents before they loaded it into the POD. Ice and other foods caused major damage to the refrigerator which had to be cleaned and repaired upon delivery. Other items had minor scratches.

The crew actually arrived about 15 minutes early and prepared to start working at the agreed upon time. This way better than showing up at the agree upon an then start figuring out what needs to be done. They planned their approach to packing our moving POD and when right to it. Everyone was pleasant and willing to ask questions if anything was unclear. The took special care with all of our belongings. I will definitely use them again.

Outstanding!! I paid for 2 guys for 2 hours. 3 "mules" showed up and worked their tails off! They finished in exactly two hours. They were friendly and enjoyed themselves and laughed while they worked.

I was not at all pleased with the way Nick's Labor Service packed my POD. By the reviews I thought they would be really good at packing my stuff in. They were supposed to get all of my furniture and boxes into one unit. They left way too much space and did not pack things in as tightly as they should have. I was charged for a full three hours, but they did not seem to do much work the 3rd hour. My boyfriend came the next day and had to redo half of the unit. We got all the furniture and nearly all the boxes in and had to spend another 2 hours to do it. I am not so sure that I would recommend them to anyone else. I am very disappointed with their work
