They worked hard, and are respectful. However, some items were not loaded, for example, headboard of the bed was loaded and the frame was left! Maybe they were trying to work fast, but items were not compacted, so lots of empty room in the middle. I was able to load some smaller items inside.
I have a few broken kitchen items, could be due to boxes were not handled with care.
