When our stuff arrived at our new hours everything was falling--they had stacked books on top of very fragile boxes labeled "don't put anything on top" and almost every item of furniture was scratched or damaged, even those that we had prewrapped in packing blankets. The movers who helped us unload said it was the worst packing job they had ever seen. We still haven't finished unpacking everything but the damage was great. They loaded quickly and were nice and seemed to know what they were doing, but clearly they did not.

We accept next day requests at our normal rates.
