They changed the time to 3 hours later than scheduled and showed up with 3 people when I requested 2. That’d be fine, but at the end he added the charge for the third ($135). I don’t understand that at all. They weren’t able to move as much stuff as they should have - other movers moved me into this storage unit with the same size truck. I worked the entire time along side them, literally doing as much as any of the 3 available guys, and yet we couldn’t move a one bedroom apartment in 4 hours with 4 people working! What the heck?????
Very rough with my stuff - Have a lot of broken items. Not personable at all - to the point of rude almost. Not happy.

Both gentlemen were extremely professional, punctual, and put there all into the work.
Mine was a unique situation where I was not only moving my handicapped mother out of her house, but also having to remove an excessive amount of trash at the same time. I was personally moving my mother in my own trailer.
Not only did they help pack boxes and professionally pack my trailer so that nothing would shift or break during transportation, but they also helped move pieces out to the side of the road and into the dumpster.
No job/ askance was denied or not done gratefully.
This move could not have been done without Alpha Moving, and I am extremely grateful for their help. It took a load off my mind to not have to worry about the tasks they accomplished.

My movers were late. There was a lack of communication but they still showed up ready to work and they even put my bed together for me which was very nice!

Hired 3 guys for 4 hours… Full freight 53’ ft dry Van .. they were super careful with my items and very swift… finished up in 2 hours.. they the real mvp’s … and yes we tipped because they were well worth it and on time and completed the service A+++++
