HireAHelper's Review Of Go2Movers - A Local Austin Moving Company

Upon initial placement of the order a week prior to the date of service the customer was contacted and informed that under the current circumstances we would only have 2 movers available and no additional hours available beyond the pre-booked 4 hours. The customer decided to move forward disregarding Go2Movers suggestion of exploring the option of hiring other service providers that have 3 movers and additional time available to unload 2 containers with assembly and reconnecting of appliances. Before Go2Movers moved forward we informed the customer we did not believe that 2 movers would be able to unload 2 16ft. containers in four hours with assembly and reconnecting of appliances. Ultimately we unloaded both 16 ft containers, assembled furniture and connected appliances. We also disassembled and assembled a very large and heavy treadmill that required in depth knowledge and experience. We also stayed for a total of 6 hours which was 2 additional hours above the original order. No one was ever yelled at !!! Lol. However we did have to remind the customer literally 11-12 times to gives us 6-8 feet. It was a blatant disregard for safety.
