These guys did a great job in a short amount of time. I had a POD previously packed by another company and I found more items to put in it and needed more space. The guys repacked and created the space I need. They were on time, prepared. They worked hard. They were respectful and notified me of some damage they observed. I would use them again.

These guys were excellent. They arrived on time and worked very hard to finish loading a 26 ft U-Haul truck. They packed the truck very efficiently with little or no unused space. When they anticipated my 3 hours of reserved time running out, they packed the remaining heavy items that my brother and I would find difficult and showed us how to place the remaining 20% of household goods. They had an 8-hr job waiting and could not stay, but their work and guidance got us to a full load by afternoon.

They were great. They showed up early, handled our stuff well, and finished everything ahead of schedule. They brought all the equipment needed for the job and worked tirelessly, despite the heat and the 3 flights of stairs. I'd recommend them to anyone!

The 4 gentlemen who showed up to move the contents of my home were great. They were on time...even a couple minutes early! There was some miscommunication about what materials they were providing verses what I was supposed to provide...which resulted in a last minute trip to Home Depot to purchase $200+ in packing blankets, tape & shrink wrap.
When I suggested the information on the website be updated to be more clear for long distance moves, the gentleman who contacted me from Go2Movers quickly told me that I didn't read it right & it was stated plainly on the website. There was no "sorry for the misunderstanding"...nothing close to compassion for the stressed out, sleep deprived home owner they were speaking with. That's why they get 3 stars instead of 4 or even 5.
All that being said, the crew worked super hard...and it was 100+ degrees outside. They finished about an hour early, too...super efficient!
Even though they got the job done & packed the POD well, I probably would not use this company again simply for the added stress leading up to the loading of the POD.
