We are highly trained professional movers with many years experience, we only hire movers with a minimum of 5 years experience. We specialize in everything from small households, to warehouses, to antiques and priceless pieces of art, upright and grand pianos, and everything in between. Our main goal is customer satisfaction, in addition we are non smokers so were not taking any unnecessary breaks, we get in there and get the job done as safely and as swiftly as possible. I couldn't have been more pleased with the service we received from Dave at Ogre Man. The two movers assigned to us were held up on a previous job, and rather than call and say "we're running late," Dave (supervisor) showed up personally and got things moving right away with no delay. Essentially we were packing and moving one room of my parent's house to a storage unit, and we were unprepared and overwhelmed. He just made it happen, pitching in to help us pack delicate items, organizing the storage unit so we could get to everything. He did the work of two guys! He did everything possible to make the move a success. I would not hesitate to recommend these movers. Courteous, on time, careful, and knowledgeable about how to move things safely. Many thanks!

Dave and Porter did everything most professionally, courteously, and smartly. They We had too much stuff to fit in the van we rented, but they optimized the load expertly, and we are extremely happy with the results!

Overall good job but not great! PROS: low price; extremely timely; even came a day earlier; communicated well with me in coordinating the unload; Austin, the younger worker, was extremely efficient and checked to see where I wanted my boxes; Austin moved the majority of the items; both were respectful; they were careful with my items. CONS: David was on his phone a lot taking work calls (the calls were short but still unprofessional); David also didn't speak very kindly to Austin although Austin was the powerhouse of the move (like I stated before he moved the majority of my items because David was taking work phone calls); not as pro-active as I prefer (we had to ask them to assemble items). Note: I indirectly mentioned to David that he was on his phone and he stated something about how work is really busy. Overall I would definitely recommend them and use them again! David, thank you for working with me and changing the schedule for a day early. Austin, thank you for being such a powerhouse and friendly during the entire move!

What can a customer expect after booking with you?
We provide a follow up call after booking, we go over the job details with you, answer any questions you may have in preparation for your move and offer any additional advice on packing items and what's needed for a safe and speedy move.
What can a customer expect on moving day if they hire you?
We provide a phone call when en route to your move and as soon as we get to your location we do a walk thru to see what's being moved. We then start to wrap and protect items if we are loading, and get them into your truck or Storage container as safely and timely as possible. If its an unload, we do a walk thru to see the lay out of your home and ask where you want your belongings and then unload and unwrap your items safely and speedy. In both cases feel free to ask us to re arrange any of your items.
How should a customer prepare for moving day?
To be best prepared to save time and money, everything should be packed and wrapped and ready for your move. However, we understand moving is quite overwhelming and can be a lot to deal with, in which case, were happy to come in and pack your entire household up, bring supplies such as boxes, tape, blankets, everything needed for a successful move. Then just sit back, put your feet up and let us take care of everything from start to finish.
What types of moves have you handled?
We have been in this industry for over 15 years and have seen and done it all. We do everything from nationwide cross country moves, to office moves, residential home moves, white glove services for art and sculptures, to grand and upright pianos, vehicle and motorcycle deliveries, as well as animal delivery and everything single thing in between. There is not a single thing we haven't encountered and are prepared for everything we come across.

What training do you provide your crew members?
What makes us special is that we only hire experienced movers with a minimum of 5 years moving experience, the average is 7 to 10 years. What that means, is that very little training if any is needed, but provided when necessary to meet our standards for quality. Experience and knowledge is shared between movers on every job so our team continues to get stronger and more knowledgeable with every job. We look forward to turning your most stressful day into an enjoyable experience.
