We are highly trained professional movers with many years experience, we only hire movers with a minimum of 5 years experience. We specialize in everything from small households, to warehouses, to antiques and priceless pieces of art, upright and grand pianos, and everything in between. Our main goal is customer satisfaction, in addition we are non smokers so were not taking any unnecessary breaks, we get in there and get the job done as safely and as swiftly as possible. The movers helped me unload a Pod. They were fantastic. Very courteous and offered up front to move things to a different spot if I needed to see how something looked. Definitely recommend.

First, my arrival time was move from 11-12, then 12-1, and ultimately they didn’t show until 1:40. No apologies, just told it was out of their control. They showed up reeking of weed. They advised us to purchase ratchet straps before they came and they only used one of the four provided which led to boxes falling over during our move. Multiple times one of the gentlemen would be upstairs for several minutes texting on his phone. They loved to joke around, cuss, take 5+ minute breaks standing on our lawn. Left a QT cup on our lawn, left trash in one of our rooms. Had no idea how to move a mattress downstairs which ultimately led to the cover being ripped in half. When it came to the end of our 2 hours, we had a few things left and asked if they could contact their boss to just finish these items without adding an additional hour especially since our time was moved back almost 3 hours and I was told “you can try but I know my boss and he’s going to say no”. We were just ready to have them leave at that point. When we arrived at our destination the team that helped us unpack said they can usually tell how good the movers were based on how the truck was packed and they said it was terrible. We then told them, yes it was. Terrible service, terrible packing. Unfortunately we picked them because they had high reviews so hopefully this review helps no one else gets fooled. Would never recommend, would rather carry everything myself.

Terry and David were amazing! They unloaded and moved everything from both of my pods in just two hours. Terry was especially kind and had a great sense of humor, which made the whole experience less stressful. They worked efficiently, handled everything with care, and didn’t complain once. Highly recommend their help if you need a smooth, friendly moving experience.

What can a customer expect after booking with you?
We provide a follow up call after booking, we go over the job details with you, answer any questions you may have in preparation for your move and offer any additional advice on packing items and what's needed for a safe and speedy move.
What can a customer expect on moving day if they hire you?
We provide a phone call when en route to your move and as soon as we get to your location we do a walk thru to see what's being moved. We then start to wrap and protect items if we are loading, and get them into your truck or Storage container as safely and timely as possible. If its an unload, we do a walk thru to see the lay out of your home and ask where you want your belongings and then unload and unwrap your items safely and speedy. In both cases feel free to ask us to re arrange any of your items.
How should a customer prepare for moving day?
To be best prepared to save time and money, everything should be packed and wrapped and ready for your move. However, we understand moving is quite overwhelming and can be a lot to deal with, in which case, were happy to come in and pack your entire household up, bring supplies such as boxes, tape, blankets, everything needed for a successful move. Then just sit back, put your feet up and let us take care of everything from start to finish.
What types of moves have you handled?
We have been in this industry for over 15 years and have seen and done it all. We do everything from nationwide cross country moves, to office moves, residential home moves, white glove services for art and sculptures, to grand and upright pianos, vehicle and motorcycle deliveries, as well as animal delivery and everything single thing in between. There is not a single thing we haven't encountered and are prepared for everything we come across.

What training do you provide your crew members?
What makes us special is that we only hire experienced movers with a minimum of 5 years moving experience, the average is 7 to 10 years. What that means, is that very little training if any is needed, but provided when necessary to meet our standards for quality. Experience and knowledge is shared between movers on every job so our team continues to get stronger and more knowledgeable with every job. We look forward to turning your most stressful day into an enjoyable experience.
