Other than being late- which I certainly understand in this type of business- everything went perfectly. All 3 men were courteous and happy to be there to help which is all you can hope for. They did a great job loading the container to its max and making sure everything was wrapped and handled with care.

The gentlemen who helped me load up my Uhaul truck on July 22nd, 2019 were Dennis and Austin. They were to arrive between 2-3pm and did. Even though they didn't have to arrive at 2pm sharp, they gave a courtesy call saying they'd be late due to having issues starting their car. They were very kind and respectful to myself and my property with no damages to anything. Dennis even asked why I was moving back to Houston, told him my goal to intern and later work at the Zoo. He then told me about rescuing dogs like pit bulls then huskies and how they were his children and how much he loved animals. They moved my bedroom items and boxes in no time, around 30 minutes. I was very impressed how quick they were, especially taking into account they carried boxes and furniture down a small, outdoor flight of stairs. Very sweet, very professional and careful guys. Highly recommended.

This was the slowest moving company I’ve ever had. I move every summer so I’ve had a lot of experience with movers. My last move was out of a three story townhouse and it took my movers only 45 minutes. This move was a one bedroom 2nd floor apartment and it took them three hours which made it 1 hour overtime. I’ve never had movers go overtime before. I have the same company booked to unload my POD. Hopefully they can send faster guys for that.

What can a customer expect after booking with you?
We provide a follow up call after booking, we go over the job details with you, answer any questions you may have in preparation for your move and offer any additional advice on packing items and what's needed for a safe and speedy move.
What can a customer expect on moving day if they hire you?
We provide a phone call when en route to your move and as soon as we get to your location we do a walk thru to see what's being moved. We then start to wrap and protect items if we are loading, and get them into your truck or Storage container as safely and timely as possible. If its an unload, we do a walk thru to see the lay out of your home and ask where you want your belongings and then unload and unwrap your items safely and speedy. In both cases feel free to ask us to re arrange any of your items.
How should a customer prepare for moving day?
To be best prepared to save time and money, everything should be packed and wrapped and ready for your move. However, we understand moving is quite overwhelming and can be a lot to deal with, in which case, were happy to come in and pack your entire household up, bring supplies such as boxes, tape, blankets, everything needed for a successful move. Then just sit back, put your feet up and let us take care of everything from start to finish.
What types of moves have you handled?
We have been in this industry for over 15 years and have seen and done it all. We do everything from nationwide cross country moves, to office moves, residential home moves, white glove services for art and sculptures, to grand and upright pianos, vehicle and motorcycle deliveries, as well as animal delivery and everything single thing in between. There is not a single thing we haven't encountered and are prepared for everything we come across.

What training do you provide your crew members?
What makes us special is that we only hire experienced movers with a minimum of 5 years moving experience, the average is 7 to 10 years. What that means, is that very little training if any is needed, but provided when necessary to meet our standards for quality. Experience and knowledge is shared between movers on every job so our team continues to get stronger and more knowledgeable with every job. We look forward to turning your most stressful day into an enjoyable experience.
