My two man crew showed up early and actually finished the job 10 minutes before the 2 hours i requested them for. They packed the truck perfectly with no damage to anything. Mind you, we lived on a third floor apartment and they knocked out the job flawlessly. I would recommend Texas Moving Center to friends and family.

Greg and Phillip were on time and ready to work. They greeted me and were friendly throughout the process. And even though my 3 year old was being very curious, they were never rude and made sure not to run over her. Every time they had a question about the placement of something they asked before they set it down. They worked hard and were finished unloading my 2 bedroom apartment in 1 hour! They even set up my bed for me. I would definitely use them again.

The two guys that showed up were great. They couldn't understand a word we said and we couldn't understand them. However, that did not stop them from working fast and diligently as well as packing our trailer in the most efficient manner. Good job fellas!

The good:
The two movers arrived a little early and got straight to work. I didn't see them take any breaks or slack off. They moved everything as quickly as possible.
The bad:
They were slightly careless in how they unloaded my furniture from the storage container. It had to be placed on a dolly and wheeled to my apartment. At one point they placed an ottoman on top of my painted nightstand without any cover between the two pieces. The bottom of the ottoman made several deep scratches in the nightstand. They also completely broke a shelf I had. If you want furniture placed in specific areas, please let them know up front. They won't bother reading the labels and placing them in the appropriate area.
Overall, they were fast and on-time so I don't have any major complaints. I wouldn't hire them for loading a container as I think they lack the skill to pack it efficiently so that your items aren't damaged and I wouldn't hire them again to unload. However, they are great if you just want fast labor/work.

The movers called ahead of time to confirm the appointment and showed up on time. They immediately went to work and worked extremely hard for the entire 2 hours. I will definitely be using them again!

The first thing I will say is that the guys were nice, fast and not lazy.
However,
They were late to start with by over 30 minutes. Not sure who's fault but it doesn't matter, I had a schedule and they didn't show on time. I had a large home and garage to load up and there is no way I could of done as good of a job packing up the truck so tight like these guys did. I was so amazed and impressed at the speed and packing ability of these guys. I fed them lunch, tipped them and got in my huge truck and headed to my new home. We opened the doors the next morning to start unloading and the nightmare began!! All of our TV,s, chairs, dining table, end tables, refrigerator, bedroom furniture, etc. had damage. Scratches and gouges. My wife was in tears over the damage. It was all due to how carelessly and tight they packed the truck. So what I thought was amazing ended up being a nightmare. Boxes were crushed and goods damaged due to the weight of heavy boxes on top of lighter ones. I could go on but it just makes me sick to even write anymore. If you want fast and friendly then go for it. If you want neat, clean and safe do not use them!!!!
