The guys were absolutely fantastic. They were on time, had excellent manners, and did the work without hesitation. Gracious - then the elevator stopped working just after our contract ended! Our stuff was locked inside and their dolly was also. They waited a full hour even though they were off the clock. How often does that happen? Another thing, Budget cancelled our truck twice so we had to change the packing schedule with less than 24 hours notice. Despite this unexpected change, the packing team adjusted their schedule with no qualms. One last thing, the guys work hard. Please be thoughtful when you tip.

I just want to personally thank the owner - Joey, and Rich for superb and professional customer service! You contacted me the day before to remind me of the appointment. You contacted me the day of the appointment to let me know you were on the way. You arrived within the timeframe. You moved with a sense of urgency. No wall dent or walls scratches. No items broken. Every item placed were requested. No fooling around. Even lifting two to three boxes at a time. You finished under the 2 hr timeframe. You are absolutely awesome! Superb customer service is such a rarity in this day and time. Thank you so much for removing the stress. I dont think I have ever experience this before. So anyone reading this review, this is not contrived or coerced. I am writing an honest review! If you want professional movers, you must go with Hire-A-Helper and request On Go Moving and Hauling! They were very punctual telling me exactly when they were arriving. Love how they took great care to wrap everything in moving blankets and organized it neatly on the truck. They coordinated with me every step of the way and super friendly. They were well worth the money.
