Jay and Richard from On the Go Movers did a great job moving some furniture for us. They were prompt, friendly, and so helpful. Very hard workers and they were careful with our things. We will definitely use them again!

Upon arrival i was asked if i paaid tips. I was pestered to pay additional fees in cash. When the mover left he stated that the truck was empty but it was not empty. There were items left some of which were too heavy for me to unload. I thought this group was endorsed by Budget since the link to hire a helper was on the budget website.

The guys were absolutely fantastic. They were on time, had excellent manners, and did the work without hesitation. Gracious - then the elevator stopped working just after our contract ended! Our stuff was locked inside and their dolly was also. They waited a full hour even though they were off the clock. How often does that happen? Another thing, Budget cancelled our truck twice so we had to change the packing schedule with less than 24 hours notice. Despite this unexpected change, the packing team adjusted their schedule with no qualms. One last thing, the guys work hard. Please be thoughtful when you tip.
