Joey and Rich were wonderful!! They were considerate about updating me on when they planned to arrive, which was appreciated. I had a lot to move and they were quick and efficient, and got things up a challenging set of stairs. I extended the time by an hour, and they were happy to stay and get the job done. I highly recommend them and would use them again in a heartbeat!

Joey and his team were on time, very friendly, and ready to work. They worked extremely fast, moving heavy items up very steep stairs. They unpacked my POD in one hour and were very patient as I decided where things should be placed. My PODs have been in storage for over 3 months, and it was challenging to remember everything and decide where it could go in the new home. I appreciate that they worked with me to place my furniture and boxes so it would be easier for me to unpack them. I have another POD arriving this week to unpack and I am very happy I will have the same crew. I cannot express my gratitude enough for their help and professionalism. Wonderful guys!!! Thank you!

I wanted to give 5 stars because I’ve used this company before and they did an excellent job in the past. I was disappointed with the current job due to the service provider’s negative attitude and excessive complaints about the service needing to be completed, which was vocalized several times. The work was good and it was completed, but the entire experience was soured. Unfortunately, I won’t be using this company again.
