Two helpers came to help us. They were very professional - arrived 5 minutes earlier than the appointment time, wrapped our mirror and the lamp very carefully. They were also very fast - it took only 1.5 hours for them to load everything from 1B apartment from the 4th floor. It was the smoothest loading experience you could ask for. Highly recommend these people.
