The guys took direction well and didn’t leave one nick or scratch on anything. They had a vehicle problem that kept them from being on time, but they reached out to me well before they were to arrive to tell me the situation and kept me up to date. I was quite impressed they did this. I would definitely hire them again.

UBP services were a hour and a half late to start my move. I reached out to them and they said they were waiting on asthma medicine. Next he called stating he was having trouble with his car. I was asked if I needed tools and items broken down before requesting service and these guys showed up with no tools at all. I had to pay someone else to come and help them because they clearly in over there heads. They took a hour trying to figure out how to take a part my table just to realize they didn’t have any tools to do so. They then took 30 minutes going to the store to go and purchase tools. I asked them to bring my bed and they assured me that they cleared out the upstairs just to find out that they left half of my bed once I got unloaded. They didn’t want to come unload the truck because they said their car wasn’t in the best condition and we’re just ticketed in Cleveland heights. I told them that loading and unloading was in their job description and that’s what they were getting paid to do. This made my move a disaster and took way longer than it should have.
