The crew was fantastic! They arrived a few minutes early, were consistently courteous, responsive to our questions, and carefully packed the truck. And finished even faster than expected. Could not have gone better and would definitely recommend them to others.

We hired movers weeks in advance and called a few days before the scheduled move to confirm. Twenty minutes after the movers were supposed to show up, we received a call that a mover called out sick, but another group of movers would be by to help within the next few hours. No one showed up. Logan Lift Express did not call to alert me that they completely canceled my moving service. This was completely unprofessional and I would not recommend this moving company to anyone. Hire A Helper refunded the money, but the fact that we waiting hours for movers to never show was beyond frustrating.

Let me say how incredible my 2 movers were! I was driving from San Diego to Chicago and had to move my booked appointment to a few hours later and Logan Express was very accommodating. I was stuck in traffic for an hour and they waited for me for over an hour. It was raining that day too! Once I got there, I had to meet with the Apt Mgr to get my keys and the movers were asking for the truck key so they could start moving right away! So diligent that they completed my move within 2 hours! I would recommend this company to anyone looking for reliable movers! Excellent job guys! Thank you so much!
