Did not arrive with any tools or moving dolly as stated on my receipt. Started taking the boxes one by one until I offered to go get a cart from downstairs. Loaded the POD in not the best order. Per POD larger furniture first. However they started with all of the boxes barely getting our furniture in. We had loaded the same size POD a year prior with no difficulty.

My guys worked very hard and worked closely with me. Their expertise and hard work were invaluable in getting my 12’ truck packed as full as I think it could possibly be. Everything arrived at my destination without damage.

My crew of four arrived right on time (9am) and completely unloaded my XL storage container in just under an hour and a fifteen minutes (I had booked them for 2 hours!). The whole crew was polite, professional, careful, and quick. Would recommend this crew for any other job.

My movers, Michael & his partner, I think his name was Drake, did a great job. They completed the moving within the two hours I had reserved. They were very polite & well mannered. They had to load some very heavy items on a very hot day and they were terrific. I would highly recommend them for your move.

Mike and Tim were awesome. Prompt. Hard working. Did the job quickly and efficiently. Very friendly and really listened our requests. Would definitely hire Logan again.

The movers were on time.
They were in no way prepared for the job. They did not show up with any kind of dolly or packing supplies. I don't know what would have happened if I didn't have a dolly myself.
Only one of the crew members worked hard, while the other was constantly on his phone. He was also absolutely not respectful of my property, breaking several objects and otherwise treating my very nice furniture like it was from goodwill or something.
To make matters worse, they didn't even come close to finishing their job and I was left to pack half my POD and move furniture by myself. This was a 2 bedroom apartment. When I requested that they stay and finish as I would pay for the extra time, they declined.
I would in NO WAY use Logan Lift again, nor would I suggest anyone else use them. Really poor service.
