They were awesome! I hired 3 guys for 3 hours to pack my POD for me and they did such a good job! I did not think they would be able to fit as much as they did in it. Very professional and efficient.

They were not prepared to do the job and didn’t bring the proper equipment. They didn’t utilize any of the space at the back of the container we hired, and then told us that they couldn’t fit our furniture when we asked them to rearrange things so our furniture could fit, they refused to do so and now we are leaving a lot of our expensive furniture behind. I would not recommend them.

They were very nice and polite. Overall hard workers but they worked hard not smart. They had to unload and reload 2 or 3 times to get everything to fit in the truck.
They were early; by almost 45 minutes (12-1 start time, arrived at 11:18 am). I was not home yet (getting the truck) and then said they started at 11:30 but they actually they did not start until 11:55.
Took almost an hour before the first time was in the truck - 12:45. Should have taken 3-4 hours to load and unload - took almost 5.5 hours. Toward the end they were just throwing things in the storage unit to get done.
