The movers (Darius and Jay) were 5+ stars, the management and their lack of communication comes in at 2 stars as I never received contact from them within 48 hours as the policy states though they did confirm the job in the system stating they would reach out to me shortly. I reached out via phone and attempted to leave a VM but it was full. I sent an email with no response. About 2 weeks prior to the move I messaged through their FB page and received a response that day stating I was confirmed and I would receive a call 2 days prior to the move to confirm details. I did not receive that call. The day before the move, I reached out via messenger, called and was able to leave a VM this time, and contacted HireAHelper for assistance whom also called/left a message. I did receive a call back that evening but only think that occurred due to escalating the situation. Moving is already stressful and reliable communication and a way to contact the company is a must. Darius and Jay were outstanding--courteous and professional. They saved the review for sure!

Better than I could have hoped for, on time, worked extremely hard, very careful with our furniture as well as floors and walls. They fit more into our POD than I thought was ever possible. Our crew of Darius, Jay and Chris were absolutely the best movers I have ever had the pleasure to work with, and I have had many. I would use them again in a heartbeat.

I was really happy with the movers' professionalism and efficiency, and overall I would absolutely recommend Logan Lift. However there were a couple of things that could have gone more smoothly:
1. The movers arrived 40 minutes early, which caused a bit of a rush on my end. I appreciated that they weren't late, but I ended up running around finishing up some small details that would have been done had I had the extra 40 minutes.
2. A bed frame that needed to be placed in an accessible location ended up split in multiple locations in the truck, with the slats inaccessible. I needed to drop the bed off at my dad's house in Indiana before continuing on to Colorado, but couldn't find the slats when we arrived. I found them buried in the front of the truck when I arrived in CO which means he'll need to purchase new slats. Not a crisis, but could have been avoided.
