Where to start? First, they started communicating 10 minutes before the end of the arrival window that they would be late, giving an ETA of 15 minutes. They ended up being over an hour late. Upon arrival, the lead mover informed me that they would do what they could but they had a job right after me. I asked how that would be fair since they already arrived over an hour late from their first job, only to find out that they didn't have a job before me; supposedly, the second helper backed out and the lead helper claimed that it was his responsibility to find a replacement. I asked again how that would be fair since this was for a long distance move and I needed all my things loaded. He became super rude and said "if you're going to be this way, it's going to be just the time we have".
They ended up finishing everything before the time left was up, but I felt belittled and unheard and his rude behavior just added to my stress. Also, the way they stored things was bad; I had several plastic storage bins broken, and they put the glass doors of my washer and dryer against either a wood bar or against the truck wall, and now both are severely scratched. Unfortunately I can't attach pictures to this review - I would if I could.
I will never use their service again; 2 weeks later, I'm still upset. Can't recommend at all.

Ricky and his crew were great, packed my 3 bedroom house in less than 2 hours, perfectly arranged in the truck to drive long distance. He also helped troubleshoot our couch that we couldn’t unassembled with a smile on their face. I would recommend them 100%

At 78years old now, I have only have one more move left in me... and it will be to our forever home.... somewhere on the Southside... Bronzeville (where I am now), Hyde Park or South Shore.... the only question is.... How can I get that #1 team to help us with that last move? Please let's work out a way!

The two young men from Logan Lift Express were on time, prepared, and were sure to ask me what I did/did not want loaded into my moving container. They were polite and definitely worked hard the entire time-and they moved fast! They did an excellent job of packing my moving container.
