On time, very nice and friendly. Were working throughout the duration of their scheduled time. However they dropped a few of my items while transporting them to the truck (a wooden drawer out of a dresser for example) and did not seem to be listening much when I discussed with them which items to wrap in shrink wrap and moving blankets as there were several times where I saw them packing one of these items unwrapped and I had to remind them.
