This is the second time using Logan Lift Express and once again, the crew has exceeded our expectations. Hard working, friendly, and they took great care of our items. The best movers we have used. Wonderful job, great to work with. Would recommend to anyone.

Nice guys but packing was terrible. We had 36 uhaul blankets that we told them about several times and available all sitting right by the truck in the loading area. They used about 6 at the very end as stuff was getting jammed in. Many of our wood items were packed wood to wood and damaged. For example, 6 expensive dining room chairs that are not stackable were just jammed together with no blankets or padding in between. Jostling and rubbing against each other in a Uhaul for 6 hours - they are ruined. Of our non boxed items at least 25% are damaged. My wife cried as we pulled stuff off the truck at the other end. Not going to mess with a claim cause i understand that is pretty useless.
Ricky worked his ass off but seems like he was doing the hauling and the other guy was mainly packing. They got it all on but it was not protected and we had a bunch of unopened packages of blankets that would have made the difference. We have used hire a helper with our kids moves 4 times and did not have issues like this so we assumed basic packing rules would be followed. My advice to anyone: Even if it is uncomfortable, stand and watch your truck get packed. Feeling like a bit of a prick is better than having your possessions ruined.

When unloading my POD for me the movers weren’t very gentle with my items and they moved a piece of furniture upstairs and I heard a loud noise and I asked them if anything got broken and they told me no everything is fine. Later I went up to check and noticed my desk was completely broken and they left it like that. I called the company to let them know what happened and she told me that they’d call the movers to hear their story and they’d call me back with an update and nobody ever called me back. I tried calling again the next day and nobody answered the phone. I am upset that no one reached back out to me regarding the issue.
