Inexperienced, unprofessional crew. Arrival window was 10–11, they arrived at 11:10. They were very slow, with one of the crew members inactive much of the time. Same member of crew was careless with my things (though, to be fair, at least so far I haven’t discovered anything that was seriously damaged during the move).
I did appreciate that the company covered one of the two extra hours needed for the move (though it’s unclear right now whether the company contacted HireAHelper to request that I pay for that hour), and that the crew continued until the work was done, but ultimately this was a move that should have been doable in roughly 3 hours that took 5.

I left a response on my hired help . The guy in charge took a file cabinet and turned on its side . Now all those files are scrambled in that cabinet . I won't know if or how much damage to furniture until it is unloaded . He didn't use all the tie down straps that were provided to him . Your guess is as good as mine as to what is messed up in that container .
