The team had excellent attitudes. They showed up on time and ready to work and get the job done. They were polite and professional. I suffered a few marks on the wall, moving a large piece of furniture into a 3 floor townhouse up a very narrow hallway with a crooked turn. All in all I would use them again. I booked for 5 hours, they were done in just over 4. I recommend their moving services.

They rescheduled their arrival time. They worked quickly to pack my boxes and furniture. I found some fragile items stacked high on top of stacks of boxes, and not secured. (Example: a box of dishes labeled "Fragile" in large letters, on all sides.). They agreed to work an extra hour and a half, which I really appreciated.
When time came to pay them, they initially tried to say the fee for the extra hour and a half had to be paid in cash. An email to HireaHelper got me an immediate return phone call, and this payment issue was resolved.
