These guys were great. Not only were they able to bail me out on short notice when my original movers couldn't show up for the job, but they were everything I expected. The crew was friendly and knowledgable about how to move items safely and pack a truck. They worked hard and really seemed interested in doing the best they could for us. They even worked late to make sure we got all the work done that was needed.

The actual men that did the loading were great. Very efficient. They were done in under 3 hours. Only 3 showed up instead of the ordered 4. They were enough. The only bad part was not getting refunded for the additional hour. We estimated 4 hours and were billed that. I rate the actual workers 5 stars. The guy that I talked to on the phone that was in charge of the booking I'd rate a 3. The workers did arrive a little late, they were ready to work when they did arrive, they treated the property respectfully and I would use those guys again.

Were they on time? No
Were they prepared for the job? No they didn't have furniture pads and we were required to get our own dolly
Did they work hard? Sure but argued with each other the whole time
Were they respectful of your property and goods? No they dinged up our walls. We hired them to get up a difficult stairwell and they did it the same or worse than what we could do.
Would you use them again? Absolutely not
Lastly they didn't understand the length of time we paid for them and complained the whole time and got angry. It's not our fault your boss didn't tell you we only needed you for an hour.
