My movers (Dave and his partner) were on time. They were nice wnd super efficient; they emptied my upack pod in 40 mins going up and down 3 flights of stairs. They were respectful of both me and my property. I will definately use them again.

items on the quote were not done. The leader was only involved in maybe 20% of the work. He called complaining this was only a 3 man job. I hired for so they could remove the refrigerator and TV cabinet to upstairs and they refused to do it because they claimed it wouldn’t fit and they would not take the doors off the refrigerator but the other device was easily fit up the stairway and they wouldn’t move that so what did you send me and then when the guy left he makes a call to you guys and then sit here and get me a dirty look the whole time and then he says you have to authorize payment well I thought I was authorizing the $400 payment well let me tell you he told me that it that it would not be $800 because it took more than four hours first he arrived at this house at exactly 8:45 AM he left this house at exactly 12 noon that’s not even for hours it was agreed that I would only pay them for four hours over the phone but he was I was talking to the lady and somehow I get an $800 bill I think he spent half this time I’ll buy his car By his car looking for something in the truck which she never brought in the house. At one time I called up to him at his car to say these guys need some directions and he yells back at me just give him any directions you want. And of course the guys didn’t seem to want to take directions for me they wanted to take directions from their leader who is not much of a leader. First I would like to have someone come back out here and remove the refrigerator from the basement and the TV cabinet which was in the contract. you’re not completing your job and if you’re not I’ll just call the Better Business Bureau to let them know about this. If I have to pay someone else I will be glad to take you to small claims court and whatever it cost me by whoever takes it out you’re going to have that deducted from your price .

They were very professional and had all the necessary equipment to move my heavy furniture. Prompt in their arrival and very nice to chat with during the move. Would definitely recommend to all my friends in the area.

David and his son did an excellent job moving our furniture and boxed items. All items were loaded into the rental truck and packed in manner which allowed the best use of the space and leaving extra room on the truck. Items were packed so professionally that no items shifted during the 2hour drive. No items were damaged. This is the second time I've hired David to help me with moving my family. Great job!

Were they on time?
-No. They arranged arrival window was 7-8 am. 8:10 am and nobody was there. I called and they were confused or completely forgot about our arrangements. He said he would be there around 9:30 am. One and a half hours late!
Were they prepared for the job?
-No. We had arranged for 3 people to help move our belongings. Two people showed up.
Did they work hard?
-No. One of the gentleman was a hard worker. The other one did not hustle. Mind you, we were and hour and a half behind schedule. My wife and I worked hard to load stuff onto the truck when we shouldn't have had to.
Were they respectful of your property and goods?
-Yes
Would you use them again?
-Absolutely not.

This group was very friendly and efficient. I had some unexpected set backs and they were willing to work with me and came to help at a later time after finishing other jobs in the meantime. I would definitely recommend them.
