Budget Moving labor Help was great! They were flexible, on time, and fast! Would hire again.

Good for the price, but not great. They respected my property, were perfectly on time, worked hard, were extremely friendly and understanding of certain items being more fragile than others, etc. I was even able to score an extra employee for the time I had scheduled. One issue I had was they weren't completely prepared: BML wasn't able to bring a dolly, nor anything to tie my belongings down with. Not a deal breaker, but I could have avoided light scuffing on some expensive audio equipment, and some damage to a table, had some cheap rope been provided.
I personally wouldn't use them again, but I would recommend BML to others, and say overall they did a good job of loading my belongings onto a truck.

This was the biggest waste of money I have ever experienced. I had reservations about the price that I was being quoted, but I read some reviews and there were some really bad and some really good, so I decided to give it a try. I had a moving van coming at 0800 to offload household goods - quite a few large pieces and many smaller boxes. When I initially discussed the start time with the helpers, they were reluctant to start at 0800 - they wanted to start at 0900, but remember they have an hour leeway, so that means they might not be here until 1000. So bearing that in mind, we did set the start time for 0800. It was a rainy morning and the helpers had to drive about 100 miles - the van driver was right on time! The helpers, however, called and said that because it was raining, they would be late. Well, the didn't arrive until almost 0945, at which time, the van driver had pretty much off loaded most of the items that were going into my storage unit. When the helpers arrived, they really didn't see too awfully upset about being so late. We then headed for my house about a mile away for the balance of the offload. When we got to my house, one of them's phone rang and he attempted to do the work one-handed - taking out the loading ramp from the truck with one hand and the other glued to his phone and ear - I told him, I was paying him to work, not talk on his phone, and he still continued for a bit longer. they were finished at my house in about 15 -20 minutes

I feel that I paid almost $400.00 for nothing and then when it came time for them to leave, they couldn't even give me the phone number I needed to call to release them. Very bad experience and very disappointing because I thought maybe I had found a solution for my dilemma - you see I am partially disabled and I cannot lift or move things on my own anymore.
