Movers were on time. A young man and a young woman approximately 5'3" tall 110 lbs. No equipment at all. They could not even carry my mattress out. I.had to carry out with the man. I'm 63 and the whole reason to hire these people was so I didn't have to carry heavy furniture, etc. The womans breath smelled like alcohol. Her friend was parked in my driveway and every time I looked out window she was at car drinking from a orange drink bottle and returned with a stronger smell of alcohol. The loading of my truck was unbalanced. They were not filling the truck to its fullest capacity. I realized these people were very unprofessional and stopped them from going any further. When I asked them to stop and leave my property, the man threatened to physically assault me. When I started to call the police they both fled the scene. Worst experience ever with a mover. Do not recommend using hire a helper to book movers and definitely don't recommend using ready2go movers. Hire a helper responded by sending me a complaint form giving me ten days to file my complaint and 3 days later they released my payment to ready2go movers after I told them not to. So don't believe their ad. Total lies.
to load his rental the customer Steven C was unfriendly, unreasonable and was prone to using verbal abuse towards the movers using remarks like you guys are idiots. This made the movers very uncomfortable but the movers realize that there goal to serve the customer and get the job done. Even after I humbly ask the customer to allow them to work without giving them a hard time via our conversation over the phone he was still rude. At this point the movers felt threaten by the customer at this point I had to pull the movers off the job I felt at this point it became a safety issue.

My husband and I hired two movers for two hours. We moved from NY and had the truck loaded there and the movers meet us in Salem. It took about 1 1/2 hours to load the truck down two flights of stairs in NY. The movers met us promptly at the agreed upon time. The movers were two young kids who came with no equipment etc. They also informed us that it was each of their first days on the job. I was nervous because I was provided with two inexperienced movers. They were nice but EXTREMELY slow. It should not have been longer than two hours and we only had one small flight of stairs. They moved so slow and often had to take breaks. Why I am angry is because there was significant damage done to the hardwood floors and walls. The movers also just tossed things everywhere. In my experience with past moving companies is they often put items and boxes in the rooms they are labeled or at least ask. My last movers even set up my bed frame and couch... not this company they just tossed it all over the place. I’m also angry because we hired movers so that we wouldn’t have to do the hard labor.
My husband with a bad ankle did at least a third of the work because they were moving so slow. After telling the main person of the company (who wasn't there) he still said he was charging me for three hours. He didn’t address the damage and didn’t care that it should have been only a two hour if that job. I told him I wanted to speak with hire a helper first before I agreed upon the amount. For the next hour he called and texted both my husband and my cellphone number about fifteen times telling us to release the funds. He finally agreed upon the two hours and we saved the messages because the whole situation just did not sit well with us. I would not go with this company again it was unprofessional and frankly sketchy.

Arrived at 6am as scheduled. I was not there. The truck unloading was being done at my son's house in Foxboro. My son said they were very good, did an excellent job bringing a washer, dryer and heavy bureaus up two flights of stairs. They worked hard. I would recommend them to people.

they were slow!!! 2 guys in 1.5h moved 3 couches and 2 desks.
they also made 3 dents into my white walls and also left black marks on my walls.

I was very pleased with Wellington and Mike they were very pleasant and respectful of me and my furnishing. The only thing I think I would recommend is that they bring with them flathead and Phillips screw drivers and adjustable wrench. I am hoping to use them again when I have to unload the pod.
