This was a scam. I requested my furniture be packed into the pod first then the boxes. They refused to do this and packed my boxes first. This lest very little of the 2 hours for my furniture So I had to add an additional hour of time to get my furniture packed only to be told that my furniture wouldn't fit. I had the largest pod available, there was no reason why it wouldn't fit. They packed my kitchen chairs but not the table, my dressing table was packed but not the mirror. After Hire a Helper left we noticed there was lots of room hidden in the pod by the mattress and box spring. We spent an additional 2 days repacking the pod the right way and were able to get all the furniture in it.
They make it where you have no choice but to add additional time and expenses inorder to get your heaviest items loaded. Its a total SCAM!
I will never use the scammers of Hire a Helper again I will be reporting you to the BBB and telling everyone I know NOT to use your services!

Eric & Ibrahim worked extremely hard for me today in the heat. I needed a POD container packed for a big move and they showed up on time, ready to work and were extremely efficient. They expertly packed my POD container being extremely careful with all of my belongings and made sure it was all packed in the safest possible way. Eric & Ibrahim were extremely friendly and respectful- I would absolutely recommend them to anyone needing assistance with a move. Thanks guys.

Thoughtful Movers did a great job accommodating our move on very short notice. I don't know of many moving companies that would have taken that particular job. It saved my wife and I a lot of headache and they were very efficient with getting everything moved in in an organized manner. I would definitely use their services again in the future.

Arrived late but brought an extra person. We ended up loading the truck ourselves and they unloaded. After they arrived they were polite and they efficient.

Our movers did a great job! They arrived on time and completed the whole job within the two hour time frame. There were two containers to empty, a bed to assemble, and on top of that there was a heat wave happening that day.
