Showed up an hour late due to traffic, which wasn't a big deal. When they got here, they were fast, professional and got the job done in under the alotted time. They were careful and brought moving dollies, which was key. I'd use them again in a heartbeat.

They came within 30 minutes of the arrival of the truck and had it unloaded within the 2 hours. Lloyd and Ibrahim were very professional and very efficient. I would recommend highly. They were courteous and conscientious. I would definitely use them again, and specifically request these two hard workers. I had my boxes labeled with colored stickers to place the boxes in the areas desired and they were very willing to let me mark the numbers and colors off my list as they brought them into the house. They helped me pick up the extra boxes and place them where the recycling goes. I was most appreciative of their work ethic.

We scheduled two movers for two hours. The original company that we booked cancelled 48 hours before our move and Thoughtful Movers was able to help us at the last minute, which was awesome. However, on the morning of our move only one mover showed up. He was very apologetic for missing a partner and as a mover he was great. The whole morning he was helpful, considerate and very friendly. We were glad that he was there!

Overall, it was a pretty positive experience - they helped us out in a pinch and sent a fantastic helper. I just wish they could have sent two movers!

The "Thoughtful Movers" were fun to work with. They traveled through super heavy traffic at rush hour to come help us unload a rental truck. This was a last minute reservation and they arrived ready to work with positive attitudes. Every request we made received a quick response from them. They were a little rough on newly painted walls but we greatly appreciated their help.

Thoughtful Movers arrived on time and called me to let me know when they would come. They carefully moved all my furniture in my house (I watched them), even the pieces I didn't think would fit up the stairs and down the basement stairs. They are experienced at moving difficult pieces of furniture. They did not scratch the floor. They even put the mirror on my dresser, which is not an easy task. I highly recommend their services and would like to move with them in the future.
