We hired a team of 4 for 4 hrs. They were 1hr & 15mins late, and we also we lost 1 of the helpers due to a medical issue. The reason for which was explained to us when they did arrive. The crew of 3 worked extra hard and over their newly scheduled 4hr time frame to make up for the tardiness and one less person. They had their own equipment and cared for our items as they should. We would hire again.

The team arrived about a half hour later than scheduled but did stay half hour later to ensure the full two hours. Their loading skills were exemplary as they packed the pre-staged boxes and furniture very tightly into the pod. They were pleasant, clean and followed directions on priority/ item selection. I do recommend this company.
